- Real Estate
To develop the real estate business, the company has set up a special affiliated company--Hubei Jiasheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.,. It invested and developed the project of "Jiangbei new town" in Xinchang Town, Shishou, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province in December 2011. The planned land area of the project is 47,750 square meters and the total planned construction area is 110,000 square meters. Up to now, it has invested 100 million yuan and completed 65,000 square meters of the project. At the same time, the company already completed the designs of relevant buildings and plans for a landmark project which is located in Jiedaokou Wuchang District Wuhan City. This project is developed by our company and a world’s top 500 enterprise.

- International Trade
In 2019, the company plans to establish an international trade department located in Wuhan East Lake Free Trade Zone. The new department will engage in the import and export business of food (seafood and meat products). Besides, it can do the businesses for the import and export of all kinds of commodities and technologies in the name of operating and agency.

- Retail
The company has set up a special affiliated company--Hubei Jiasheng Business Service Co., Ltd to develop retail business. It achieved the strategic cooperation with Zhongbai Warehouse Supermarket Co., Ltd, a giant brand of chain supermarket of Hubei. The first franchise supermarket has opened in January 2019. This supermarket covers an area of about 4,000 square meters, equipped with children's amusement facilities and branded cinema.

- Preschool Education
The company has joined hands with the well-known preschool education institution--Little Sun. It will promote the development of preschool education in towns. The first town-leveled demonstration of international preschool--Shine Little Sun International kindergarten, opened in the autumn of 2019. It covers an area of 2,200 square meters with the construction area of 3,500 square meters. It has 14 classes and 5 special classrooms.

- Hotel
In 2005, the company upgraded the former Hubei Logosun hotel to a five-star international hotel with the combination of guest rooms, catering services and fitness center. The new hotel covers an area of 21,000 square meters. There are 218 guest rooms in the hotel. The catering business has about 500 seats and can serve both Chinese and Western food. And the fitness center covering around 600 square meters, includes gym, chess and card room, business center and meeting room, etc.
